I blog about my illnesses to spread awareness. I write my story to help stop people similar feel so alone. 

I started my blogging journey in 2016, I was really struggling with my physical health. I had no health support through my diagnosises and I often think how much easier the years would have been if id have had resources and true life articles to read through. Blogging got me through my diagnosis's and so many surgeries.

Ive blogged on and off since as life got crazy, lock down and everything else. This years been the absolute worst physically, mentally and everything else. I restarted journaling as part of therapy. Recently my specialist nurse asked if I would ever blog again.... I'm not sure if I'm ready or even how much I want to share but I guess we'll see from here!
